Can I use Bausch & Lomb ReNu Multiplus solution with my Acuvue Oasys?

I bought the ReNu and opened it after the doctor replaced my B&L contacts with the new Acuvue Oasys. But I just realized he gave me a sample bottle of another solution. Can I use Renu with the Oasys?
Specifically I am wondering if using ReNu or any other multi-purpose solution will reduce the usage life of the contacts. Acuvue Oasys are claimed to be made of some kind of silicone soft-gel and so I am wondering if that makes them more vulnerable to harsh solvents or if Renu (or even a store brand) is not going to cause any detrimental effects. Thanks!
