What kind of skin problem do I have?

Last year when i started my freshman year in college, I noticed that I started to get red bumps on my chest that were very itchy. No ointment that I used would help clear this up. The bumps turned to rashes and it spread to my upper arms also. When I went home for the summer, the rash went away. Now I transferred colleges and I’m starting to notice the bumps return on my chest. What is that problem?

They seem thicker then regular disposables. If anything my eye problems seem worse. I think the problem might be with the heat in my apartment. It is winter and I have dry heat….Maybe I will just go back to my older and cheaper contacts…..Has anyone used acuvue oasys with negative results???
