for halloween i am going to be raggedy ann i am going to curl my hair i am really bad at curling my hair
i have foam rollers but if i leave them in at night the curls are super short and ugly if i leave them in half a night it falls flat in the morning i do not use hairspray though and i do not want to it causes acne
should i take a shower in the morning and put the rollers in my haiir when it is wet

My hair is like 4 inches below my shoulder and the only way it will keep a curl is if I sleep in foam rollers!! Is there anything else I can do??
oh and when I use a curling iron, it doesn’t last with just hairspray!

Will rollers work on my hair and are they really uncomfortable?

My hair doesn’t stay curly for long when I use a curling iron. I’m pretty sure that using rollers will work, because my hair stays the way its put (like if it’s in a braid for a long time, it will stay wavy, or if I sleep on my hair and it’s folded weird, it will stay). I’d need to sleep in the rollers thought, but is it really uncomfortable? Even with the ones with the foam padding?

By the way, I have thick and long hair.
