My contacts get really dry, and sometimes i can barely see?

They say that they are made for dry eyes, and i took the test on their website and thats what it recommends. Is more oxygen let through or something. I am on a computer a lot too.

Dry eyes and astigmatism?

I have an astigmatism in my right eye only, and I’ve been trying to figure out a good brand of contacts with my eye doctor. I’ve been using the same brand/type in both eyes, but my right contact is a toric. My left eye feels fine and normal, but my right is a lot dryer than usual. Is this common? Is there anything I can do to fix this? I want good vision in both of my eyes, but it’s not worth it if my eye is uncomfortable. Also- I’m using Acuvue Oasys contacts (1 for astigmatism, 1 regular).

Dry eyes during school and contact lens?

Okay, im getting contact lens but im scared that it’ll fall out.. since i got lts of dry eyes happening

is there any drops i can use before school or before i sleep to produce lots of more tears.?! it so please

and is there specific lens for dryeyes..

i heard of acuvue oasys..

Hi! I wear Acuvue Advance Hydraclear contacts for astigmatism. I wear them every week day, (rarely on weekends) for about 13-15 hours. My eyes get incredibly dry, but not just at the end of the day or the nights. Even after just an hour or two of wearing them, they get bone dry, so it can’t be from wearing them too long. I tried Acuvue Oaysis because somebody suggested that to me, but they hurt my eyes. What should I do? Is there an eye drop I should use or something?

It can’t be because my contacts are old, because even when I put in a new pair, it happens. I use opti-free replenish solution.

Acuvue Oasys contact lenses any good?

I have mild-moderate dry eyes. I was wearing Acuvue 2 lenses, and they dried out relatively quickly. I heard that the Oasys are better, so I went and got a pair to try out, I haven’t worn them yet. So I’m curious, are these contacts any good? Will I tell the difference?

breathable. Ever since then, I have dry eyes and it’s really red. He said it’s just dry eyes. He told me to use those lubricating eye drops for a week and my eyes hasn’t got better and it’s red and inflamed. He prescribed Alrex but Alrex gave me a headache and nauseous so he tapered it off and stopped using it after a week. He said its probably dust mite that’s irritating my eyes and told me to get anti dust mite pillow cases. I still have red eye, specially in the morning. What’s wrong with my eyes? It frustrating and I feel like there’s no hope. What should i do?
