I’m extremely tan, like really dark, from going in the pool too much. I was really white before i went in the pool. I want to become lighter and back to my original skin color. But I don’t want to buy anything extrmely expensive.

now i’m using loreal white perfect but it seems not really effective.maybe it takes a long time to whiten my skin.my skin is already fair but i wanna be fairer.any suggestions?
