Yesterday afternoon I went to get a routine eye exam. I wear purevision toric contacts that you can sleep in. Anyway, everything was fine with my eye, just a little bit dry the dr said. So, he suggest I try a new contact lens..Acuvue Oasys. Immediately upon putting the contact in, I felt my eye get irritated, like a scratchy something’s in there feeling. The left eye was fine though. I told the dr and he checked my eye and said it was aligned fine and nothing was in it.
Today, my eye has been red, blurry, irritated, and some discharge coming out. Of course I took the lens out. But what could have caused this? My eyes were fine before trying this new contact on.

I’ve been looking everywhere. So far either they only go up to +4.00 or they are not toric. I’ve even been looking for custom made contact lenses without success. Any help?
